Of Corelli's twelve Concerti Grossi Op.6, the last four are commonly referred to as concerti da camera. These dance orientated works are generally considered technically and musically less demanding than the preceding eight concerti da chiesa and provide an excellent introduction to the genre. This edition adheres closely to the original and contains only the sparse dynamics from the that source.
