The village of Marsden in West Yorkshire hosts numerous festivals throughout the year. Perhaps the most widely known is the annually held and award winning Jazz Festival. The 'Marsden Festival Suite' was inspired in part by the diverse venues used during the festival, ranging from the quirky 'Crumbals on the Corner' to the imposing 'Mechanics Institute'.
